Roasted Pepitas

January 22nd, 2012SnacksPepitas are raw, shelled pumpkin seeds. Roast with a bit of salt and butter for a GREAT snack.

2 t butter, melted
Kosher salt to tastePreheat oven to 300 degrees. Toss seeds with butter and place on a large cookie sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle with salt. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.
